Carbon Footprint Accounts
Carbon Footprint Accounts (or CFAs for short) are accounts that are associated to entities which can retire their carbon credits in order to decrease their carbon footprint. An example of a CFA would the that of a oil industry that wants to interact with the Veles pallet.
CFAs are the only entities on the pallet which are allowed to retire carbon credits. The also are not subjugated to penalizations as there is not a way in which they can maliciously influence the marketplace.
