# How to use the Veles pallet

The Veles pallet can be deployed and used on any Substrate based network. We recommend following the [**official readme**](https://github.com/Ceres-Blockchain-Solutions/veles-pallet) of the pallet in order to deploy the pallet. We also recommend testing the pallet on a local test network before running the pallet on a live one.

In order to interact with the pallet we recommend using the [**Polkadot-JS browser extension**](https://polkadot.js.org/extension/). This browser extension also allows you to create accounts and you can also export existing accounts and restore old accounts (given you have the required information to restore them).
